Cluehunt.com do not provide any Services to unregistered users. These Terms & Conditions apply equally to such unregistered users.

4. Registering to use Cluehunt.com

You must be over 18 years of age to use Cluehunt.com.

The details, which you provide on registration, are important and must be true and accurate. If there are any changes to these details, please amend them by selecting the "Edit my Details" link which will allow you to make any necessary amendments. You agree to notify us immediately if you forget your password or it is misused.

You will be entirely liable for all activities conducted through your Account whether authorised by You or not until You have notified Us of such unauthorised use and We have stopped access to your Account.

If we have reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Services we may suspend your Account and notify you accordingly.

Cluehunt.com will provide its members with access to the weekly game and to all special offers displayed on the member pages. The service that Cluehunt.com provides may be played by individuals only and times will be strictly monitored.

In displaying or advertising services or products provided by third party companies on Cluehunt.com, Cluehunt.com is displaying or advertising these products on behalf of the third party companies and is not in any way carrying on business as a merchant, or holding itself out as carrying on such business. Cluehunt.com is not liable for any transaction that takes place between you and the third party company.

Personal Use: Your right to use the Services is personal to you. Please guard your account password, as you are liable for all uses of your account, including any unauthorised use.

Any material and/or data you access, view or download or otherwise obtain through the Services comes at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer systems or loss of data.

Account activity: You should remember to login to your account frequently. If you have not logged into your account for more than 90 days Cluehunt.com has the right to classify your account as inactive and therefore will delete any existing user data.

For Internet Access you understand that all Information whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person from which such Information has originated. This means that you and not Cluehunt.com are entirely responsible for all Information that you upload, or otherwise transmit via Internet Access.

However, due to the nature of interactive services and the Internet generally, Cluehunt Enterprises LTD cannot guarantee that Cluehunt.com will be free from delays, interruptions or errors.

Cluehunt Enterprises LTD is not an agent for and does not vouch for those persons, companies and other organisations whose goods or services may be accessed, displayed or advertised through use of Cluehunt.com, nor for the availability, suitability or prices of such goods or services. Whilst all reasonable efforts are made to ensure that any information contained on Cluehunt.com (as opposed to information supplied by users of Cluehunt.com) is correct, Cluehunt Enterprises LTD makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, in relation to the accuracy or completeness of said information. We exclude all liability for the accuracy, suitability, quality or completeness of any information or other Content and the value and integrity of goods and services offered by third parties. You acknowledge that we have no control over and we exclude all liability for, any information which can be accessed by using the Services. We exclude all liability of any kind for the transmission or receipt of Information which can be accessed by using the services.

Due to the fact that Cluehunt Enterprises LTD cannot guarantee that Cluehunt.com will be fault free, does not vouch for goods or services which may be offered to users who access Cluehunt.com, Cluehunt Enterprises LTD does not accept any liability for any damage or loss suffered by you (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential loss (including loss of profits) arising as a result of the Cluehunt.com service or the information contained therein (including any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in such information or any faults, interruptions or delays in connection with the Cluehunt.com Service) or any transaction made in connection with Cluehunt.com or in reliance on Cluehunt.com. 9. Indemnity

You are responsible for any claims or legal obligations arising from your use of any of the Services under this Agreement (including, but not limited to claims in respect of defamation, breach of copyright or other intellectual property right infringement) which are brought or threatened against by Us or by another person and shall ensure we suffer no loss accordingly.

Every prize winner is fully responsible for any tax that may be payable on winnings.
Cluehunt.com is not responsible for reduction of winnings due to any tax liability.

10. Suspension and Termination of Cluehunt.com

Your access to Cluehunt.com may occasionally be interrupted or restricted to allow for repairs or maintenance to be carried out or the introduction of new facilities or services. Cluehunt Enterprises LTD will endeavour to restore the Cluehunt.com service as soon as possible. Cluehunt Enterprises LTD. may modify Cluehunt.com at any time with or without notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate forthwith your right to use Cluehunt.com if we have reason to believe that any registration information you have provided is untrue or inaccurate. We also reserve the right to change your password or to suspend or terminate forthwith your right to use Cluehunt.com if we have reason to believe that your password is being misused.

Cluehunt Enterprises LTD may restrict, suspend or terminate your use of Cluehunt.com if it believes that you have breached these Terms and Conditions at any time. The suspension or termination of Cluehunt.com will be without prejudice to any rights, which Cluehunt Enterprises Ltd. may have against you, in respect of your breach of this Agreement.

11. Modification of Terms and Conditions

We may modify this Agreement at any time, such modifications becoming effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement on the Cluehunt.com website. By continuing to use Services following notification of a change you will be deemed to have accepted such modifications.

Cluehunt Enterprises LTD. assumes no obligation and shall bear no responsibility for maintaining the information on Cluehunt.com in an up to date state, and shall not be liable for any failure to so maintain.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Privacy Policy

1. The following constitute a misuse of Cluehunt.com.

(i) using Cluehunt.com for any improper, unlawful or immoral purpose, causing any nuisance by your use of Cluehunt.com or causing the operation of Cluehunt.com to be jeopardised or impaired.

(ii) Using Cluehunt.com to create, host or transmit (whether in a live discussion room, on a bulletin board or otherwise) any defamatory, offensive, or obscene material or engaging in activities which would cause offence to others on grounds of race, creed or sex.

(iii) using Cluehunt.com to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way.

(iv) using Cluehunt.com to transmit any material that threatens or encourages bodily harm or the destruction of property.

(v) using Cluehunt.com to create, host or transmit material which infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any other party.

(vi) using Cluehunt.com to transmit unsolicited advertising material to other users.

(vii) using Cluehunt.com to transmit any material that harasses another.

(viii) using Cluehunt.com to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items or services.

(ix) adding, removing or modifying identifying header information in an effort to deceive or mislead.

(x) using Cluehunt.com to access, or to attempt to access the accounts of others or to attempt to penetrate security measure of Cluehunt Enterprises LTD. or other entities computer software, hardware, electronic communication system, or telecommunications system

(xi) using Cluehunt.com to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent.

(xii) reselling any services provided by Cluehunt.com, its servants or agents without Cluehunt Enterprises LTD. prior written consent.

(xiii) using Cluehunt.com for any activity that adversely affects the ability of other people or systems to use Cluehunt.com or the Internet.

Cluehunt Enterprises LTD. reserves the right to modify the above at any time.

2. Due to the global nature of the Internet you agree to comply with all local rules regarding on-line conduct and acceptable content. You also agree to comply with any applicable rules regarding the export of any technical data from any country.

3. The opinions expressed in live discussion rooms and/or posted on bulletin boards are not necessarily those of Cluehunt Enterprises LTD. Any statements, advice and opinions made by such participants are those of such participants only. Cluehunt Enterprises LTD. neither endorses nor shall be held responsible for the reliability nor accuracy of same. You will indemnify Cluehunt Enterprises LTD. against any loss, damage or expense incurred by Cluehunt Enterprises LTD. arising out of your misuse of Cluehunt.com or the information accessible through Cluehunt.com.

Please note that Cluehunt Enterprises LTD. has the ability to trace your IP address and if necessary contact your ISP in the event of a suspected breach of its Usage Policy.
